Your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations. Unfortunate, of course. You can return your order within 7 days. This can be done by filling out the contact form below. The costs are for yourself. Once we have received the package, we will check the order for any damage. After this, you will receive the refund.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY STATUS?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your Fish Culture account to view the status of your order and track its journey in real-time.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
